Jan Ludvik is a research fellow at the Center for Security Policy and assistant professor at the Department of Security Studies, Charles University, and an occasional op-ed columnist in Czech newspapers.
He studied at the Charles University and University of Richmond and holds M.A. in security studies and Ph.D. in international relations.
His research interests include deterrence theory and nuclear strategy, proliferation, strategic theory, strategic intelligence, economic warfare, Czech and U.S. security policy.
He is the author of Nuclear Asymmetry and Deterrence: Theory, Policy and History.
